How do I change my personal information?

You can update your information (contact, address, payment method) at any time by logging into your customer area.

Can I modify my order after validation?

To modify your order after validation, send us your request via the contact form in the “ Contact us ” section, or by email as quickly as possible to the address bonjour@lamaisonduchausseur.fr, specifying your name, your number order. Please note, your order cannot be modified once shipped (orders are generally shipped within 48 working hours).

Payment & billing

What means of payment are available?

We accept payments by credit card and PayPal. We use a secure payment platform to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information.

I have a gift card, how do I use it?

Once you have finished shopping, go to your cart. You will then need to enter the code communicated with your gift card in the “discount code” field. The amount will then be deducted from the total to be paid.

I have a promo code, how can I use it?

To use your promotional code, simply enter it in the “Discount code” field on the validation page of your order.

Concerning the "-50% off your 2nd pair of shoes" promotion, this is automatically applied in your basket as soon as the conditions are met (applicable only to men's shoes, reduction on the less expensive of the 2 pairs, offer cannot be combined with other promotions).

Can I pay in several installments?

Payment in 4 installments is possible via Paypal.

Can I change my billing information after my purchase?

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, as well as to the following European countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain.

What delivery methods are available?

We offer delivery via colissimo home without signature, colissimo home with signature, Chronopost Express and Mondial Relay. To find out more, visit our Delivery & returns page.

How much are the delivery costs?

For deliveries in mainland France and orders to Europe, the prices charged are as follows:

Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco:
• Standard home Colissimo (without signature): €5.90
• Standard home Colissimo (with signature): €6.90
• Chronopost delivery before 1 p.m. the next day: €12
• Mondial relay: €4.90

Belgium :
• Standard home Colissimo (without signature): €7.90
• Standard home Colissimo (with signature): €8.90

Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg):
• Standard home Colissimo (with signature): €8.90

Delivery is free from 100€ of purchase for all destinations mentioned.

What are the delivery times ?

Colissimo Standard home address (with or without signature):
Your order is prepared within an average time of 1 to 2 working days from the registration of your order. The delivery time is then between 48 and 72 working hours from dispatch.
The preparation of orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will begin the following working day.

Chronopost home (metropolitan France only):
For all orders placed before 11 a.m., delivery is made the next day before 1 p.m.

Mondial Relay:
Your order is prepared within an average of 1 to 2 working days from the time your order is registered. The delivery time is then between 48 and 72 working hours from dispatch.
The preparation of orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will begin the following working day.

What happens if I am absent during delivery?

Colissimo delivery with or without signature:
If you are absent during the delivery of your package, your package will be placed in your mailbox if its dimensions allow.
Otherwise, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox to collect your package from the nearest postal collection point.
In some cases, it is possible to reschedule delivery. To do this, bring your notice of passage and go to https://www.laposte.fr/outil/modification-livraison before midnight on the day you receive the notice.

Chronopost Express Delivery:
If you are absent during the delivery of your package, you can choose to reschedule your delivery to the date of your choice or have your package delivered to one of our local locations.

Mondial Relay:
Parcel relays keep parcels for several days. Contact your parcel relay to find out the maximum storage time for your parcels.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number of the selected carrier. You will then be able to follow the delivery of your order directly on the carrier's online tool.

Can I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address after validation of your order, send us your request via the contact form in the " Contact us " section, or by email as quickly as possible to the address bonjour@lamaisonduchausseur.fr, specifying clearly your name, your order number. Please note, your order cannot be modified once shipped (orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours).

Returns & Refunds

I received my order but I want to return it

To return an item to us, simply go to your customer area, select the order concerned and then “return an item”. You can also send us your request via our online contact form in the “ Contact us ” section, or by email to bonjour@lamaisonduchausseur.fr, clearly specifying your name, your order number, as well as the reference of the product you wish to return.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange an item. The deadline is extended to 30 days for any order placed between December 1st and 31st.

I have received my order and would like to make an exchange

If you wish to make an exchange, simply go to your customer area, select the order concerned and then “return an item”. Guarantee

How long are your products guaranteed?

All our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.

Can we buy La Maison du Chausseur products in a physical store?

We do not currently have physical points of sale. Find our entire collection on our online store.
